ATS Can't join friend's delivery. - invalid cargo error

the games doesn't let me join delivery of a friend
cargo is anhydrous ammonia, both of us are parked in companies with parking brake and engine running (i have the relevant ADR)
log files from

• Documents\ <game folder>\game.log.txt
• Documents\VTCWorld\logs\vtcw.log
• Documents\VTCWorld\logs\vtcw.log.last

It's not a bug.

 

You currently have a negative reputation on your profile.

Dangerous, expensive and fragile cargoes are not available to you.

Attempting to join such a delivery will result in an automatic cancellation.

This was implemented in the VTCWorld v.0.2.0.2.0 update:

With zero or negative reputation, the following changes in the economy and available cargoes are applied:
— Dangerous, expensive and fragile cargoes will not be available.
— Skills have no effect.
— There are no bonuses for perfect delivery.
