Everytime I start up ATS its in Russian and even when i change it, it never saves

so whenever i load up atsmp or just regular ats from steam i do not get this problem. but every time i launch it from VTC.World it starts up in russian, the rain probability decreases to the default amount, my cruise control changes, and i start out with 6,000 dollars without a truck or anything. i figured out how to change the language back to english, and change everything else, but once i save and try to reload, it doesnt actually save and im back to square one. I am just curious to what i should do as i was really excited to be a part of VTC.World

Reinstall the client according to the following guide:

 

 

Also show the following logs and info:

 

1. Installed antivirus/firewall

2. Links to log files:

• game log: My Documents\<game folder>\game.log.txt
• VTC.World logs: My Documents\VTCWorld\logs\vtcw.log and vtcw.log.last
