1. The Community on the forums and portals must be registered and active for more than one year at the time of applying, not providing a service for maintaining statistics of deliveries, organising events and/or other functions provided by VTC.World, acting only as an information aggregator, thematically uniting players, excluding TruckersMP.
2. Each Community can create a separate public topic.
3. The author of the topic can only be a Community Representative.
4. The topic must contain the following: logo, name and a brief description of the Community. Links to the main page of the site/forum of the Community, the Discord server and page on social networks are allowed.
5. The name of the new Community, its logo and description cannot match or be similar to those already existing on the forum, and must also comply with the requirements of the rules for posting messages (Section 3 of the forum rules).
6. Community Representatives may be no more than 2 (two) users of the VTC.World project.
8. The leader of any Community, who provides convincing evidence, can contact the VTC.World Project Administration with a request to remove another Community if it considers that the name, tag, logo or rules violate copyrights.
9. The VTC.World Administration has the right to refuse the registration of a Community without explanation.
10. If the design of the topic does not correspond to the above-mentioned paragraphs, the author is given 7 (seven) calendar days to correct the issues. After this period, the Administration reserves the right to delete topics that are not in compliance with the regulations.
