1. Terms and definitions 1.1. Administration - users with various powers to manage and enforce order on the server. 1.2. The Developer is a specialist responsible for developing software and maintaining it in a functioning state. 1.3. The Project Manager is a specialist of the highest level, responsible for the operation of the portal as a whole, for recruiting staff and coordinating the work. 1.4. Moderator - an employee of the Administration responsible for the order and compliance with the rules of the server. Moderators are appointed collectively by the Administration of the server. 1.5. The Organizer is a user responsible for organizing and conducting various public events, approving and publishing public events of the VTC, convoys and competitions, who has the appropriate privileges. 1.6. Technical Support - users who provide assistance in solving problems with VTC.World resources. 1.7. Virtual Transport Company (VTC) is a community of users with common interests, united under one name, logo and/or tag, who have their own channel on the server. 1.8. Administration of VTC - users included in the management of VTCs, identified within the Discord server as the Manager of VTC and Deputy Head of VTC for interaction between the Administration of the server and VTCs, other users and responsible for observing the rules of the server within the channel and the VTC subchannels. 1.9. The Head of VTC is a user recognized by the Company and the Administration of the server as the head of the VTC (green name “Head of VTC”). 1.10. Deputy Head of VTC (no more than 2) - the user specified by the Head of VTC as his deputy (brown name "Deputy Head"). 1.11. VTC Channel Administrator - Head of VTC and Deputy Head of VTC, who have the authority of the Channel Administrator for the channel and VTC subchannels (no more than 3). 1.12. A VTC employee is a server user officially assigned to a specific VTC (grey name "VTC Driver"). 1.13. Social events - convoys, contests and other planned events involving a large number of participants and officially approved by the Administration. 1.14. Third-party resources - any resources not directly related to the VTC. 1.15. A closed convoy is a convoy organized by the Administration, Organizers or Heads of the VTC from the VTC.World portal, and marked as “Closed convoy”. 2. Nicknames and user images (avatars) 2.1. The administrator may require the user to change their nickname, custom status, avatar if he considers it unacceptable or defamatory. * 2.2. Nicknames and custom statuses prohibited: * - any types like “DiscordUser”, “User”, “NickName”, etc. - kick; - any types like “Admin”, “Moderator” and any others that may imply the user's affiliation to the Server Administration - ban; - any types containing profanity or insults, religious names and/or symbols, advertising any third-party resources, promoting drug propaganda, implying indecent behaviour, names and/or symbols of terrorists or any other prohibited organizations, promotion of violence/extremism, etc., in any language - ban; - any types created by holding down a button, consisting of or containing a meaningless set of letters, spaces (or characters), for example: «___MyNickname___», «ffffffffg», «dfghjoprugnkel», «ghghghghg», «aaaaaaaa», «nicknameeeeeeeeeeeee», «uuuuuuser» and so on - kick/ban; - any types matching the nicknames of VTC.World employees - ban; - any types containing tags that copy existing or suggest the relation to existing VTCs present on the server - ban; - any types that contain the names of politicians, both living and deceased - kick/ban; - any types that contain line breaks - kick/ban. 2.3 Forbidden images containing profanity or insults, that contain the images of politicians, both living and deceased, religious names and/or symbols, advertising any third-party resources, promoting drug propaganda, implying indecent behaviour, names and/or symbols of terrorists or any other prohibited organizations, promotion of violence/extremism, etc., in any language - ban; 3. Rules for using channels and sub-channels 3.1. The name of the channel/sub-channel may not contain profanity or insults, religious names and/or symbols, advertising any third-party resources, promoting drug propaganda, implying indecent behaviour, names and/or symbols of terrorists or any other prohibited organizations, promotion of violence/extremism, etc., in any language. 3.2. Any VTC has the right to address the Administration with a request to provide it with a channel (or a sub-channel in the “Events” section) for holding a public event. 3.3. In any channel and sub-channel, it is forbidden to publish links to donation services, services for receiving electronic payments, donations, sponsorship and/or similar services. 4. Rules of VTC channels and sub-channels 4.1. The VTC Administration is obliged to acquaint its employees with the rules of the server. 4.2. With a sufficient number of employees (at least 5 people), the head of any VTC can be provided with a permanent channel with one open text chat, one private text chat, one open voice channel and three closed voice channels. 4.2.1. To receive a permanent channel, the VTC Manager should contact the Server Administrator, providing him with a list of employees, where each employee should have a direct link to their public Steam profile, a direct link to their TruckersMP profile, and a link to their resources containing information about the Company (group in «ВК», site/portal, forum thread, Steam-group, etc.). 4.2.2. The server administration may refuse to grant a permanent channel if it considers the information provided about the Company unreliable, the Company's page (group) is empty, fake or inactive for a long time, and also if the Server Administration has documentary (photo, video) evidence of the inadequacy of an individual member or the company as a whole. 4.2.3. The decision to provide a permanent channel for a VTC is taken collectively by the following Administrators: [RusTK] Alex KERNEL, Valeant. 4.3. Names of provided channels and sub-channels must be in English and may not contain profanity or insults, religious names and/or symbols, advertising any third-party resources, promoting drug propaganda, implying indecent behaviour, names and/or symbols of terrorists or any other prohibited organizations, promotion of violence/extremism, etc., in any language. 4.4. In the description of the provided channels and sub-channels, you can only use formatted text and images in Russian or English that do not contain profanity or insults, religious names and/or symbols, advertising any third-party resources, promoting drug propaganda, implying indecent behaviour, names and/or symbols of terrorists or any other prohibited organizations, promotion of violence/extremism, etc., in any language. 4.5. The description of the VTC information channel must include the link of the Company to the VTC.World forum; a list or link to the employees of the Company; clickable Discord nickname of the VTC Leader, the VTC Deputy and the VTC Logistican. 4.6. The number of channels for VTC is set by the Administration based on the number of employees of the Company and their needs, but not more than two text chats and four voice channels. 4.7. Sub-channels of Companies that have not been active on the server for more than one month will be reduced to one. 4.8. The channel of the Company which is not active on the server for 2 (two) months or more will be removed completely. 4.9. The VTC Administration has the right to introduce own rules for their channels and sub-channels if they do not contradict the basic rules of the server. 4.10. Any VTC has the right to organize a public event, while the Administration of the server is obliged to provide technical and informational support in its conduct. A public event cannot be held without the agreement of the VTC.World Organizers. To coordinate and approve the planned event, the VTC Guide should contact the VTC.World Organizers. 5. Responsibility 5.1. In case of a violation of the server rules, the Administration issues a warning. In case of repeated violation and/or ignoring the warnings of the Administration, measures will be taken to restrict the perpetrator's access to the server. 5.1.1. Ban evading is the entrance to the server through another device, under a different identifier or other bypassing paths, while a permanent ban is applied to the user. - As a result, bans will be imposed on all subsequent accounts with a possible extension of the initial first ban on the main account, as well as all other accounts used to log in. 5.2. The Administration reserves the right to deny access to the Discord server to any user without warning and without giving reasons. 5.3. Violation of the requirements of paragraph 2 - kick/ban/permanent ban. 5.4. Violation of the requirements of paragraph 3 - ban/permanent ban. 5.5. Insults, disrespecting server users, obscene language and similar - mute/kick/ban. 5.6. Trolling, broadcasting music, insults to the Administration and/or organizers of VTC.World on the Discord server, the VTC.World resources, as well as in the games Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator (in the text or voice chat) and/or Steam or lastly the forum truckersmp.com - ban/permanent ban. 5.7. Violation of the rules when participating in public events, spamming in the channel - mute/kick/ban/permanent ban. 5.8. Incitement of ethnic hatred, religious or political conflicts, manifestations of racism - permanent ban. 5.9. Streaming and therefore disclosing information about events with the note "Closed convoy" - ban. 6. Additions, changes 6.1. 1. Meeting and distribution of participants 1.1. All participants of the convoy must arrive at the gathering place (and in the TeamSpeak/Discord-room) in advance, fully loaded, repaired and refuelled (100%), with the specified cargo and colour, as well as with the route set in the navigator. 1.2. Before the start, the leader of the convoy determines the sequence of departure of participants and/or companies. It is forbidden to violate this sequence without the permission of the Moderator. 1.3. The convoy starts exactly at the specified time. Late participants independently calculate the route to meet with the escort. 2. Convoy movement 2.1. All participants in the convoy must comply with the rules of the road, the rules of the game server (TruckersMP), as well as the instructions of the leader and tail. The speed is chosen by each driver individually, based on his driving skills, environment and distance to the participant in front. The maximum speed of the convoy is 100 km/h. 2.2. The red signal of the traffic light prohibits the movement, regardless of whether there is an obstacle on the intersected road or not. 2.3. On all vehicles, low beams should be turned on while driving. The use of flashing beacons and the abuse of high-beam headlights is not permitted unless absolutely necessary. 2.4. Participants must keep a sufficient distance between themselves to prevent accidents in case of sudden braking (hanging, lags, desync). The recommended distance is 80-150 m. 2.5. Players who have technical problems (lags, disconnects, etc.) follow the Convoy, regardless of their affiliation with the Companies. 2.6. In the case of forced stopping or sudden braking, participants must turn on their hazard lights and/or apply the brake for a few successive times in order to warn drivers behind them. 2.7. For any reason leaving the convoy, a participant must notify the Leader, as well as other participants whom he may interfere with. 2.8. For returning participants or those arriving late, it is only possible to get to their intended place/location within the convoy with the permissions of the Lead and also a preliminary agreement with every other participant with whom he may interfere while getting back to their intended place. 2.9. Any manoeuvre associated with going into the oncoming traffic (overtaking, bypassing an obstacle) is carried out only with the permission of the Lead. Also, any overtaking of the person going ahead is only permitted after a preliminary agreement with the overtaken one. 2.10. In cases of a conflict on the road, it is prohibited to ram, block, insult someone in a chat or violate the rules of the game server in any other way. 3. Discord 3.1. All participants must be present in the respective Discord-room intended for the convoy and follow the rules of the Discord-server on which it is located. 3.2. It is prohibited to: - Spam in the Discord-room to the detriment of messages relating to the movement of the convoy; - Use profanity or insult somebody. 3.3. Messages of those leading and being the tail have unconditional priority over any other. To communicate on extraneous topics amongst themselves (or within the Company), participants must use the in-game CB radio. 3.4. Any member of the convoy must warn the Lead, the Tail and other participants about events or incidents that may interfere with the movement of the convoy. 4. Additions and changes 4.1. By registering on VTC.World You agree these rules and the license agreement for use of software (VTCW client). 2.2. To register, you must link your account to Steam account. 2.3. A message containing the confirmation code will be sent to mail address You specified during the registration process. 2.4. Prohibited nicknames: 2.4.1. - inappropriate usernames including those with insults, any with no text, any with swearing in them, promotions of drugs, lewd behavior, names of any terrorists or any other illegal associations, incitement to violence in any language, 2.4.2. - inappropriate usernames including "admin", "moderator", "vtcw" etc. that may imply the user's attitude to the Administration of VTC.World. 2.5. You can upload image size minimum of 240x240 pixels as an avatar. It is prohibited to use: 2.5.1. images containing advertisements for third-party resources, that contain the images of politicians, both living and deceased, pornography, profanity or insults, propaganda of drugs, disorderly conduct, incitement to violence in any language; 2.5.2. - emblems, symbols, insignia, or any other banned terrorist organizations. 3. Posting rules Prohibited in any way, shape or form (signature, text, image, link): 3.1. - profanity in any language, pornography, propaganda of drugs and indecent behavior, any third-party resources, incitement to violence, insults and aggression towards other users, including their nationality, religion, beliefs, etc.; 3.2. - publications about the trading/selling of goods, profiles or services, announcements about the collection of funds for any kinds of services (for example, services that require payment for a subscriptions, servers, gambling sites, donations, etc.). This rule does not apply to publications posted or approved by the Project Administration of VTC.World.* 3.3. - impersonating a member of the Administration; 3.4. - sharing other user's personal information, e.g. phone numbers, address data, email etc.; 3.5. - providing of information how to violate the law, including links to not licensed (pirated) software; 3.6. - duplication or creation threads with the similar name or meaning, as well as the names "Help", "Pls help", etc., not carrying information about their contents; 3.7. - posting messages not related to the topic, meaningless or repetitive messages with the purpose of raising the topic (spam); 3.8. - use a font size that is different from the default (14), as well as excessive use of bold or coloured font (red is allowed only to representatives of the Administration). 3.9. - publish videos without using a spoiler (All videos must be removed under the spoiler). 3.10. - publication of screenshots and photos without using a spoiler, except for the first message of topic (All pictures, except the first message of topic, must be cleaned under the spoiler). 3.11. - flashing GIF-files (there should not be excessive flickering, flashing, sharp changing of colors) or similar animations as an avatar or profile background. Smooth GIF animations are allowed. 3.12. The official languages of the forum are Russian and English. 3.13. In the English topics, the discussion should be conducted exclusively in English. This is done to create a friendly enviroment for those who don't speak the Russian language. 3.14. Only Organizers are permitted to create topics related to "Events" section. If you have any questions related to this section contact Organizers directly. 4. Establishment and functioning Rules of VTC 4.1. At least 5 (five) users is required to create VTC. 4.2. Each VTC site must have a title, description, internal rules of the Company and a list of employees ( a direct link to a list), where each employee should have a direct link to their VTC.World profile. 4.3. The new VTC name, its logo, the tag and the rules are prohibited to match or be similar to existing on the web, and must comply to the requirements listed in the rules (paragraph 3). 4.4. There can not be more than 1 (one) Director and a maximum of 2 (two) alternates. 4.5. VTC Leader has permission to appeal to the Administration portal with a request to provide a permanent channel for communication in accordance with the rules of the VTC.World Discord server. 4.6. The Leader of any VTC may apply to the Administration portal with a request to remove another VTC, if it considers that its name, tag, logo, or rules violate its copyrights. 4.7. Each VTC, in addition to the public page of the VTC forum, channels in the Discord, can create a closed subsection of the VTC. 4.7.1. Only a Leader can be a owner closed subsection of VTC. 4.7.2. Each company can have only one subsection of the VTC. 4.7.3. Subsection VTC can be created only by a Leader of the VTC. 4.7.4. Deputy Leader can not exceed two, according to paragraph 1.9 of these rules. The number of VTC moderators can not exceed four. 4.7.5. Users of the forum can not be in more than one VTC. 5. Responsibility 5.1. Any topic that does not meet the terms of paragraph 3 can be deleted and the user who committed that violation will be punished. 5.2. Any VTC which is not complying with the rules of paragraph 4 may be closed and the VTC creator will be restricted the possibility of creating a new one. 5.3. Any user violating the rules may receive a warning or ban, depending on the history of previous violations and the severity of the offense. 5.4. A warning may be granted to the user directly in the subject line or by sending him a personal message. 5.5. Failure to comply with the license agreement for use of software (VTCW client for Windows and mobile devices) entails a permanent ban on all resources VTC.World. 6. Additions and changes 6.1. These rules may be amended or supplemented at any time by placing ads on the forum . 6.2. These Rules are drawn up in the Russian language and may be provided to the User for review in another language. In case of discrepancies between the Russian version of the Rules and the version of the Rules in another language, the provisions of the Russian version of these Rules shall apply. 6.3.
