Open main => Settings => Gameplay => check and uncheck "Hide the steering wheel in the cab" Or in the game through the VTCWorld overlay menu => Gameplay settings => check and uncheck "Hide the steering wheel in the cab" Note: Console command "r_steering_wheel" in VTCWorld is blocked.
