В Норвегии по всей стране набирает обороты строительство жилья, дефицит которого достиг в 2019 году критической отметки. Многоэтажное строительство стало только появляться в Осло, и то в связи с колоссальным наплывом мигрантов в страну. Решение транспортных проблем было первостепенной задачей. Они полностью продублировали дороги под землей, и благодаря вырытым тоннелям удалось избежать пробок. При этом Осло — сложный город. Во-первых, там есть скалы, во-вторых, море, в-третьих, такое же метро, как в Москве. И, несмотря на это, им удалось сделать уникальную дорожную сеть.
Вторым этапом идёт строительство жилья. Роскошь, удобство и простота — все это будет сочетаться в дизайне жилого комплекса «Скандинавская волна».
Строительство запланировано в максимально сжатые сроки. Доставка каждого вида материала расписана по минутам. Для обеспечения электроэнергией жителей города и всей инфраструктуры необходимо построить несколько электрических подстанций. Необходимые трансформаторы, удовлетворяющие параметрам вырабатываемой мощности и соответствующие последним требованиям техники безопасности, производят во Франции, в городе Бордо. Компания Batisse предоставила свою базу для временного хранения и погрузки трансформаторов на прицеп. Водителю VTCW необходимо прибыть на место погрузки вовремя, на отремонтированном и заправленном грузовике. Маршрут доставки каждый водитель рассчитывает самостоятельно.

The second stage is the construction of housing. Luxury, convenience and simplicity — all this will be combined in the design of the residential complex «The Scandinavian Wave.»
Construction is planned as soon as possible. Delivery of each type of material is scheduled in min.
To provide electricity to the residents of the city and the entire infrastructure, it is necessary to build several electrical substations. The necessary transformers that meet the parameters of the generated power and meet the latest safety requirements are manufactured in France, in the city of Bordeaux. Batisse provided its base for temporary storage and loading of transformers on a trailer. The VTCW driver needs to arrive at the loading location on time, with a repaired and refueled truck. Each driver calculates the delivery route independently.
