For California growers, the pandemic has become a real challenge.
At a time when wineries are experiencing disruptions in sales, manufacturers are looking for solutions to help customers and themselves. The Covid-19 pandemic affected the entire American wine industry in all directions. Since wine production is a complex and lengthy process in which viticulture and winemaking are separate productions, it was decided to process most of the crop into drinks or dry it, and send it to different states as humanitarian aid.
