I cannot use my premium member privilege

I reset my profile on February 4, but I opened the new profile incorrectly. I became a Premium member to reset it again, but I still cannot reset it. How can I use my premium member monthly profile reset right?

Patreon and Sponsr Premium subscribers have the option to reset their VYCW profile once per calendar month while the subscription is active.

Having an active subscription does not imply immediate access to a profile reset, if the profile has already been reset earlier this month, wait until the beginning of the next month.

I was not a Premium member when I reset my profile. I bought a Premium membership so that I could reset my profile again within the month.

It doesn't matter in this case.

You can only start over once a month, no more, regardless of whether you have subscribed before or not.
