The principle of obsolescence of personal trucks and trailers.

The purpose of this principle is to change the basic mechanics and economy of the game in relation to personal trucks and trailers.

Starting with a certain minimum mileage, the base damage factor will increase proportionally depending on the mileage.

For trucks:

Unaccounted mileage is 100,000 km. (62137 mi)

The maximum mileage (100% obsolescence) for ETS2 is 1,000,000 km, for ATS - 800,000 km. (497097 mi)

For trailers:

Unaccounted mileage is 250,000 km. (155343 mi)

The maximum mileage (100% obsolescence) is 800,000 km. (497097 mi)

By «Maximum mileage» means not indication of odometer, but the maximum value, on the basis of which the percentage of increase of base coefficients of the game will be calculated. That is, in fact, to double the game coefficients for a truck, the mileage should be 1,100,000+ km for ETS2 and 900,000+ km (559234 mi) for ATS.

Note:

The impact of obsolescence on tyre wear is minimal.

The engine, transmission, chassis, cabin, wheels will become obsolete evenly.

Replacement of components does not affect obsolescence.

Obsolescence affects collision damage upwards.
