Delivery Status: "Failed"

 

Getting the delivery status  "Failed":

If during an active delivery the travel costs exceed the revenue for that job, then the delivery is considered "Failed". This is affected by traffic fines, repair costs at service stations, the purchase of a garage and other expenses.

 

Other criteria under which delivery is considered unsuccessful:

- Negative income (status "Failed").

- Minus TMR for delivery (status "Failed").

- Late arrival (status "Delayed").

- The job was cancelled (status "Cancel").

- There is no final delivery data (status "No data").

- Cheating (status "Cheating").

 

Deliveries with the "Failed" status are not reviewed by the VTC.World Support Team and are not subject to correction.

(exception: duplicate of a previous delivery)

 

Recommendations:

1) Try to take deliveries worth more than combined charges for crossing, passage of toll sections of the road and/or possible fines and repairing at service stations.

2) Do not violate traffic rules to not receive fines.

3) During active delivery, do not make purchases of garages, trucks and trailers.

4) During active delivery, do not upgrade the truck, trailer and garage.

5) Repair the truck between trips, or if the truck needs to be repaired (a large percentage of damage) - do not fix everything at once, but only what is damaged the most (uncheck the remaining items). Make sure that the expenses do not exceed the income for the trip.

6) Refuel between deliveries, or if refuelling is necessary (fuel is close to zero) - refuel not a full tank, but as much as necessary to complete the trip. Make sure that the expense does not exceed the income for the trip.
