Agreement on the use of the game profile "VTC.World" for the games
Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator

 

The community of VTC.World gives you the opportunity to start a new career in the games Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator with the network profile of VTC.World. The profile is stored on the servers of VTC.World and designed exclusively for the multiplayer TruckersMP.

 

Features of the game profile:

 

• You are provided with a few skills available to you that can be distributed at your discretion.
• Initially, to buy your truck you were given 120,000 in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and 135,000 in the American Truck Simulator.
• Possibility to take loans is blocked.
• Opportunity to hire drivers is blocked.
• Any types of saves are unavailable, except for those that were initiated by the software VTC.World.
• VTC.World profile is not available for single player games and is only for the TruckersMP multiplayer.
• Deliveries using the VTC.World profile are not synchronized if you are not connected to both the TruckersMP and VTC.World servers (offline mode).
• Profile files are stored on VTC.World servers.
   

VTC.World has its own statistics of your career. Game stats in the profile are not underway to conserve disk space and traffic on the servers of VTC.World.

 

Liability and limitation:

 

• You agree that the "/fix" command is not available for the game profile VTC.World.
• You warrant that you will not be, malicious by hacking, cheating and other means to attempt to influence your game statistics and achievements.
• You agree to not cause moral, material or other damage to the project and the community of VTC.World, the game developers and multiplayer. This responsibility fully applies to you.You agree not to violate the rules of the multiplayer TruckersMP using the game profile VTC.World. In case of any violation, the VTC.World Administration reserves the right to impose a restriction on the use of VTC.World resources for you.

• It is forbidden to use a modification not supported by the multiplayer and/or to violate the rules of the multiplayer in any way, shape or form.
• It is forbidden to replace, modify, to hack, to replace the data of the game profile using third-party software, hacking, and/or other activities not related to the gameplay.
• You are fully responsible for the delivery and the result of it if you are offline. The administration and technical support of VTC.World have the right to refuse requests to consider such deliveries and may not take action to retrieve the delivery results and to recalculate your rating.
• You agree that VTC.World is not responsible for losses of profit, rating and reputation if it was caused by bugs and/or crashes in the game, ProMods, TruckersMP, or other mods related to the multiplayer, and cannot serve as a reason to contact support.
• Using the cargo distribution function with friends or if friends want to teleport to you, it is your duty to ensure that you are in an area with enough space to prevent conflicts with other vehicles or in-game world objects at all times. You must ensure that both your vehicle and trailer (equals half the length of the vehicle width and the vehicle body in length) are in a clear area to avoid loading your friends in the textures of the surrounding world or vehicles.
• If you have been granted the rights in VTC.World to access the functions "Cargo Archive" and/or "Events Management", you cannot use these functions for personal profit-seeking purposes, neither to improve your game performance nor to encourage, due to the opportunities provided to you, other players to improve their game performance. In any case of abuse, the administration of VTC.World may take action against you, including but not limited to permanently ban your VTC.World account.
• It is forbidden to violate the limitations of profile VTC.World.
• Using "CheatEngine", "ArtMoney" and/or any similar software, trainers or other means of hacking in any way, shape or form is equivalent to violating the license agreement for the VTC.World software (EULA). For doing so, a permanent ban from the VTC.World project is being issued. All your access will be removed and blocked.
• If you get a permanent ban at TruckersMP, all of your access to VTC.World's resources may also be removed and blocked.
