What is a VTC.World profile?

 

The main difference between the profile "VTCWorld" from the usual game profile is the peculiarity of its placement.

The usual game profile is stored on the user's personal computer, while the VTCW profile is network-based and stored on a remote server. It is not possible for a normal user to edit the data in the VTCW profile. Such specificity is applied to exclude possible cheating by some players.

The profile "VTC.World" is only available for simulation servers!

 

When using the VTCW profile (henceforth "the profile"), the interaction of the user's computer with the multiplayer is carried out through THE VTCW client (henceforth "the client").

In singleplayer, the profile is not available. During the game, the client creates automatic saves. When you restart the game, the last one is used. So the quick and manual saves that exist for a regular game profile in a VTCW profile do not work in the same way they used to anymore.

 

VTCWorld profile has changed gaming economy:

1. At the beginning of the career, the player is given 2 level and 2 skill points that can be used at own discretion. The starting capital is 120 thousand euros for ETS2 and 135 thousand dollars for ATS.

2. The cost of cargo transportation depends on the profile mode.

3. To increase the level, you need 2 times more experience points for the “Simplified” mode and 4 times more for the “Simulation” mode.

4. Real fuel prices, which are updated once a week.
5. There is no change (compared to the usual game profile) to the repair cost.
6. For ATS, the "Coinsurance " value is fixed.
7. It is possible to update the available cargos through the client or overlay (recommended).
8. Disabled the ability to lend money from the bank.
9. Disabled the ability to hire drivers.

10. Changed the cost of buying and selling garages. The cost of selling a garage is less, and buying a garage online is more expensive. (except for the “Vanilla” mode)

11. Changed the cost of fines and the impact of traffic violations on the game level. In contrast to the basic economy of the game, in addition to monetary penalties for traffic violations, on the VTC.World, profile the player loses game experience (XP).
12. Some gameplay settings are also changed so that all players are on an equal level. Always on: police (traffic violations), realistic fuel consumption, parking brake when appearing in the game world, speed limits, preferred route - optimal. The currency is fixed for Euro Truck Simulator 2 — Euro, for American Truck Simulator - US dollars.

 

There is an opportunity - once in 3 months - to reset all your progress on the VTC.World profile and start all over again.

 

IMPORTANT: For the correct synchronisation of the profile with the server and the correct statistics of cargo in the client after delivery of the cargo in the main menu of the game, it is NECESSARY (!) to go to the game world by clicking the icon "Drive".
