Everyone can join by invitation. Restrictions on the use of invitations: The invitation can be only one and only for one game. If you went to another game and want to get to you joined by invitation, you will need to create a new invitation. The invitation has a limited duration, which was set by the owner of the invitation (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes). Joint deliveries by invitation work just as if you were joining a friend, given all the restrictions.
