    English translation improvements.

    It is strongly recommended to read the VTC.World rules. 

     

    Prohibited

    4.3.11. — publication of screenshots and photos without using a spoiler, except for the first message in the subject. All photo images, except the first message in the subject, should be moved under the spoiler, applies only to the forum; 

    4.3.12. — blinking GIF-files (there should not be excessive flickering, blinking, abrupt change of colours) or similar animations as a publication, avatar or profile background. Smooth GIFs allowed.

     

    To begin with, the photo should be uploaded to any photo hosting service of your liking. More about photo hosting: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image_sharing 

    After placing the photo on the hosting website, you will receive a hyperlink to it (see below). Copy it to your clipboard and paste it into your message. Use the preview function of your message. With it, you can see how your message will look like after saving.

    Photo hosting websites usually offers several hyperlinks to your photo. Depending on the chosen one, your photo will be presented in the message in different formats. Experiment with selecting and placing a hyperlink relative to the text typed in the message.

        - with download speed restrictions;
        - using any referral system for the purpose of earning money.

    Unregistered users (i.e. a guest) can still read pages but any activity related to participation (upvoting, posting, etc.) will not be available to guests.

     

    It is strongly recommended to read the VTC.World rules. 

     

    To create a new topic, you need to select the section you are interested in, open the appropriate form, fill it in and save.

     

    There are two ways to open a form:

     

    Method # 1 (If you have already entered the section you are interested in, such as "Off topic")

     

    Click on "Start new topic":

    Method # 2 (If you are not yet in the desired section but you know its name)

     

    Click on "Create" in the upper right corner of the current page, in the field that opens, select "Topic":

    Now it remains to fill out the form. Enter the name of your new topic (title) and the text of the first message in it. After typing, you can enable the "Notify me of replies" feature. In this case, under headline-new messages in this topic, you will receive a notification on your account, which you used for the registration on forum. The Preview feature in the editor toolbar is useful for when you post a photo or video. All functions are intuitive and have tooltips when you hover the cursor over them. When you are done, click "Submit topic".

    A private message is a message for one or more forum users. For all others it is not visible. There are two ways to open the editor for a personal message:

     

    Method #1

    - Go to the user profile which you want to write a private message (click on his avatar):

    - Click on "Message":

     

    After these steps, the editor opens.

     

    Method #2

    On any page of the forum, in its upper part, and click on "Messages" and "Compose New":

    In the editor that opens, the nickname of the desired opponent is entered in the "To" field. To send a personal message to several opponents, their nicknames are separated by commas. Further, the personal message is framed as usual.

    Open the topic you are interested in. To type a message, go to the bottom of the page of the selected topic and click anywhere in the field with the phrase "Reply to this topic":

    Это нормальная ситуация, так как вы недавно зарегистрировались.

    Ожидание может продлиться от нескольких минут до суток (у всех по разному).

    Не беспокойтесь. Данные обязательно придут.

    🇷🇺 Уважаемые игроки, администрация VTC.Word приняла решение смягчить расчёт TMR при отказах от груза. Теперь, за отказ от груза будет списываться фиксированно -200 TMR, плюс TMR за нарушения ПДД, как и раньше. Также, TMR за доставку грузов через WorldOfTrucks будет 15, ранее 10 TMR.

    4. For topic approval, at least 2,500 (two and a half thousand) subscribers are required in total across all streaming services.
    5. The Streamer's topic must include the logo, channel name and a brief description. Links to streaming services and pages on social networks are allowed.
    6. The name of the channel, its logo and description cannot match or be similar to those already existing on the forum, and must also comply with the requirements of the rules for posting messages (Section 3 of the forum rules).
    7. Any Streamer, who provides convincing evidence, can contact the VTC.World Project Administration with a request to remove the topic of another Streamer if it considers that the name, tag, logo or rules violate copyrights. 
    8. The VTC.World Administration has the right to refuse the registration of a Streamer without explanation.
    9. If the design of the topic does not correspond with the above-mentioned paragraphs, the author is given 7 (seven) calendar days to correct the issues. After this period, the Administration reserves the right to delete topics that are not in compliance with these regulations.

    2. The author of the topic can only be the Head of VTC.

    3. To create a VTC, at least 5 (five) users registered in the VTC.World Control Panel (CP) as part of the VTC are required.
    4. Each VTC registered on the VTCW Resources, in the prescribed manner, must be registered at TruckersMP: https://truckersmp.com/vtc. In its public topic, VTCs should provide a direct public link to the list of employees on TruckersMP, which has to include at least 5 people.

    5. Each VTC registered on VTCW Resources, in the prescribed manner, must have a name, description, internal Company rules and a list of employees (a direct link to the list), where each employee should have a direct link to their VTC.World profile.

    6. The name of the new VTC, its logo, tag and rules cannot coincide or be similar to those already existing on the VTC.World Resources, and must also comply with the requirements of the Rules for posting (Section 4 of VTC.World Rules).
    7. In the VTC Administration, there can be no more than 1 (one) Head of VTC and more than 2 (two) Deputies Head of VTC.

    8. Each VTC can have VTC Logisticians (no more than 2), appointed by the Head of the VTC, who is on the list of employees of this VTC.

    9. The head of any VTC, who provides convincing evidence, can appeal to the VTCW Administration with a request to remove another VTC if it considers that its name, tag, logo or Rules violate its copyrights.

    10. VTCW users cannot be members of more than one VTC.

    11. If the design of the topic of the VTC does not correspond to the above points, the author is given 7 (seven) calendar days to eliminate the shortcomings. After this period, the VTCW Administration reserves the right to delete topics that are not in compliance with these regulations.

    Во первых: Почему вопрос задаёте Вы, а не ваш друг? Такие вопросы решаются напрямую, а не через третьих лиц.

    Во вторых - по существу вопроса: нужна ссылка на профиль друга. Но я её, конечно, нашёл😉. 

    Проблема заключается в том, что у Вашего друга скрыт профиль Steam.

    Для того, чтобы корректно всё отображалось необходимо открыть профиль Steam как показано здесь:

    После применения настроек необходимо подождать, пока VTCW обновит данные по вашему профилю. Обратите внимание, что на обновление данных может пройти от нескольких минут до нескольких часов.

    Немного о наболевшем. Многие игроки в симуляторы, наверное ещё и активные рыбаки и просто любители отдохнуть на берегу водоёма. Так вот: "На сегодняшний день пп.4 п.15 ст.65 Водного кодекса РФ фактически делает невозможным, более чем востребованный, неорганизованный отдых на берегах водоемов страны, путем запрета въезда транспорта в водоохранную зону вне дорог с твердым покрытием. Ширина таких зон для крупных водоемов сегодня составляет 200 метров. Это значит, что к большой реке мы не имеем права подъехать ближе 200 метров. Думаю, что многие считают выше описанные ограничения, в лучшем случае, маразмом." 
    Так давайте подпишем инициативу внести изменения в Водный кодекс Российской Федерации, сменив режим ограничений на движение и стоянку транспортных средств в границах водоохранных зон - https://www.roi.ru/51720

    Кто это Вам сказал? Предоставьте доказательства. Донат, если и набирает какое-то количество денег, используется для поддержания серверов, но ни как не тратиться на личные нужды кого либо.

    Не путайте этот проект и МП. Это разные вещи. И о каком сотрудничестве Вы говорите? Адаптацию МП делают только после официального релиза самой игры. И "Так что не надо тут ляля,". Вы хоть сами что либо сделали для МП, чтоб обвинять разработчиков?
