Events

When creating an Event, the Event Author must know VTC.World rules. Unsuspectingness of the rules does not exempt the author from liability. If the event is canceled, rescheduled, the Event Author must notify the VTC.World Organizers or the Project Manager, no later than 48 hours before the event. Changes to approved events can be made by the VTC.World Organizers or the Project Manager.
