Строительство тепличного комплекса начато с большим размахом, техники более чем достаточно, а это значит, что все идет по плану. Следующим этапом строительства будет выравнивание грунта и отсыпка песком. Для этого понадобится особый, экологически чистый песок, обогащенный минералами вулканического происхождения. Так же отсыпка данным песком поможет увеличить слой плодородной почвы и не будет препятствовать застою воды. Данный груз был заказан в Исландии и ожидает отправления.
