В Норвегии по всей стране набирает обороты строительство жилья, дефицит которого достиг в 2019 году критической отметки. Многоэтажное строительство стало только появляться в Осло, и то в связи с колоссальным наплывом мигрантов в страну. Решение транспортных проблем было первостепенной задачей. Они полностью продублировали дороги под землей, и благодаря вырытым тоннелям удалось избежать пробок. При этом Осло — сложный город. Во-первых, там есть скалы, во-вторых, море, в-третьих, такое же метро, как в Москве. И, несмотря на это, им удалось сделать уникальную дорожную сеть.
Вторым этапом идёт строительство жилья. Роскошь, удобство и простота — все это будет сочетаться в дизайне жилого комплекса «Скандинавская волна». Строительство запланировано в максимально сжатые сроки. Доставка каждого вида материала расписана по минутам.
В прошлых этапах на стройку были успешно доставлены мрамор и стекло. Поступил заказ на поставку дерева для стройки. Поскольку Россия занимает первое место в мире по площади лесов, то именно в компанию Балтоморск из города Псков обратилась строительная фирма Ølen Betong.
Российский лес очень цениться и используется повсеместно от мебели и деревянных изделий до строительства домов.
Круглые лесоматериалы, а именно бревно, часто используются для строительства дома. Это экологичное и натуральное сырье, которое характеризуют легкий и оперативный монтаж, простая обработка и малый вес.

The second stage is the construction of housing. Luxury, convenience and simplicity — all this will be combined in the design of the residential complex «The Scandinavian Wave.»
Construction is planned as soon as possible. Delivery of each type of material is scheduled in min.
In the past stages, marble and glass were successfully delivered to the construction site. We have received an order for the supply of wood for construction. Since Russia ranks first in the world in terms of forest area, the construction company Ølen Betong contacted Baltomorsk from the city of Pskov. The Russian forest is very much appreciated and used everywhere from furniture and wooden products to the construction of houses. Round timber, namely logs, is most often used for building houses. It is an environmentally friendly and natural raw material characterized by easy and quick installation, simple processing and low weight.
