Общий регламент:

После долгой и сложной зимы жители городка Келоун срочно нуждаются в витаминах. Конечно же, в аптеках есть большой выбор витаминов, но они не пользуются спросом у местного населения. Проведя совещание, Мэрия городка решила закупить партию высококачественных свежих овощей и фруктов и обратилась в компанию VTCW с целью обеспечить их доставку. Но на улице весна только начинается и свежих овощей и фруктов не нашлось. Узнав о проблеме со снабжением данного городка, руководитель фермы из города Берлингтон, штат Колорадо, любезно предоставил партию замороженных овощей. На данный момент требуются все свободные водители для обеспечения заказчика товаром. Организаторы VTCW подготовили маршрут, который проведет Вас по таким местам как: знаменитому своими видами участку шоссе US 550 в Колорадо, 45-ю параллель в Айдахо — середину между экватором и северным полюсом, Каббедж Хилл, туннель Сиэтла.

Самые первые официальные автомобильные номерные знаки были введены 25 апреля 1901 года в США. Всех владельцев машин обязали зарегистрировать свои фамилии и адрес, а также описание их автомобиля. Кроме того автолюбители должны были заплатить один доллар за регистрацию. После этого им вручался небольшой номерной знак, на котором были указаны инициалы владельца. В первый же год было выдано 954 номерых знака. Но есть сведения, что первые номерные знаки появились несколькими годами ранее, притом не в Америке, а во Франции. Хотя точная дата доподлинно не известна, к тому же, данные «номерные знаки» весьма отличались от современных — это были таблички с адресами владельцев транспортных средств. К концу 19 века такие «знаки» существовали во многих странах. Автомобильные номера той поры были очень тяжёлыми и неудобными. Чтобы закрепить номерной знак на своём авто, его владельцу приходилось проявлять чудеса изобретательности, ведь «штатного» места для крепления номерных знаков на машинах в то время ещё не было предусмотрено. Было рекомендовано привязывать номера кожаными ремешками к рессорам передней и задней осей. При этом рассмотреть цифры, изображенные на этих номерных знаках, было трудно. С момента введения первого номерного знака для автомобиля, властями города Тусон было решено провести празничный парад на гоночной трассе города, и продемонстрировать образцы дошедших до наших дней автомобильных номеров.
